Peter Palmer

Peter was born 1947 in St. Albans (Hertforshire), BA (Hons) from Oxford University, PhD (in Chemistry) from UMIST. Lived in Bradford (West Yorks) since 1973. Married 1973 (two girls). He taught Chemistry for 34 years before retirement (2007), 27 of them at Bradford Grammar School. Interested in the First World War for many years, he joined the WFA in the early 1990s, and is currently Speaker Finder/Secretary of Yorkshire branch of the WFA since 2003.
