For Schools - new web section launched

strudwick-v-15yrsThe new "For Schools" part of the WFA website is now live. In this area of the website you will be able to access almost 140 downloads to aid you in your learning about the Great War - if you are a student - or to help you plan learning activities and field trips if you are a teacher.

The For Schools teaching and learning resourcesĀ are tried and tested over many years and are in current use in schools and the classroom, as well as on the battlefields. They are all designed by practising teachers.

The downloads are mainly in 'Word' format so you can download and edit them to suit your own purposes.

Please use the links below to find suitable material for classroom study, coursework, lessons and field trips. You can also use the search function to bring up a range of materials from your search term.

We always welcome suggestions for inclusion in this section of the site and would be delighted to receive any new resources that you have used that you may like to share.

Don't forget to check outĀ the downloads available on each page. There you'll be able to access a wide variety of material to use in your studies or, if you are a teacher, in planning lessons and other study tasks.

If you require any further information or have any suggestions then please contact the Education Trustee.
