Every year, on 11 November, The Western Front Association arranges the Cenotaph Ceremony of Remembrance. Afterwards, members and guests move to The Guards Chapel for a Memorial Service of Remembrance and Thanksgiving.
(You may also not know that the WFA was also instrumental in having the Two Minutes Silence restored at 11am on 11 November each year.)
We are fortunate to have submitted to us two groups of photographs from the day to remind us of the event.

The first is an evocative set of mono images from Keith Collman of Great War Portraits: www.greatwarportraits.com
To see examples of Keith's work you might like to have a look at his book which is reviewed under WFA Book reviews..
Our second set is submitted by Jim Moore who was in the watching crowds as the ceremony took place. Jim specialises in recording images of modern military events, including re-enactments.
Thank you to both our featured photographers for allowing the WFA to show their excellent work.
