Sold Georg Kieswimmer, 19 (Bay) Res Inf Regt. (15th Bav Res Bde, 8th Bav Res Div).
A holder of the Military Merit Cross 3rd Class (with swords), Georg was 24 years old when he died of his wounds in a field hospital in Rumania after being wounded on the Transylvanian frontier. His body was either repatriated back to Bavaria or his grave has gone unrecorded.
