Landwehrmann Johann Hartl, Bay Landw Regiment Nr 2 (1 Bav Mixed Landw Bde, 6th Bav Landwehr Div).
He was aged 32 when he was killed in action near Ripont (Champagne) whilst his brigade was on attachment to the 15th Division. Johann has no known grave.
