Sdt Gustaaf L Van Der Burght, 4 Jagers te Voet (Belgian Army).
The son of Xaveer and Victorine Arys, Gustaaf was born at Erembodegem (where he still lived upon enlistment) on 27 September 1894. He was mortally wounded near Dixmude on 12 May 1916 and was originally buried at Dunkirk. Post war, he was reburied at the Belgian Military Cemetery at Adinkerke (Grave 1338).
