Kriegsfreiwilliger u/offizieraspirant Josef Hausberger, Kgl Bayerisches 27 Infanterie-Regiment.
Born on 22 May 1895, Josef had served at the front since November 1914. - gaining the Iron Cross 2nd Class during this service. He was severely wounded by a grenade splinter on 3 February 1916 and died of these injuries in Rezerve-Lazerett II at Reuss-am-Rhein on 19 September 1916. His body was returned home for burial.
