32204 Pte Norman Harrison, 5th Bn Shropshire Light Infantry.
Aged 19 at death, Norman , from Burnley, Lancs, was called up into the KSLI in early 1916, proceeding overseas at the end of that year or early 1917. After taking part in the Battle of Arras and Third Ypres, he died a couple of weeks after the end of this latter battle in 17 CCS at Lijssenthoek (Remy Siding) near Poperinghe. He is buried in Lijssenhoek Military Cemetery, Belgium.
