Born at Ottowa, Ontario on 9 July 1897, Moise was unemployed at the time of his enlistment, at Ottowa on 13 August 1915. As part of ‘D' Company, he travelled overseas, to the UK, on 22 October 1915 where he died of illness at Shornecliffe Military Hospital on 4 February 1916. He is now buried in Shornecliffe Military Cemetery, Kent.
