2/Lt William Morley Kent, 60 Squadron RFC.
From Bathurst, New Brunswick, Canada, William was born on 24 June 1895 and initially saw service as a gunner in the 3rd Regiment, Canadian Garrison Artillery. Following his successful completion of a flying course at Hendon on 29 May 1916, he was commissioned into the Royal Flying Corps on 3 June 1916 and, by 1918, was serving in France and Flanders with 60 Squadron. William claimed two victories with 60 Squadron (18 and 19 February 1918) before he was shot down and killed in his SE5a by Lt Klimke of Jasta 27 over Houthulst Forest on the morning of 21 February 1918. William is buried in Moorseele Military Cemetery, Belgium.
