15 May 1918 Pvt Arthur Hanson McFeePvt Arthur Hanson McFee, Co K, 18th Infantry Regiment.

Born at Dover Hill, Martin County, Indiana on 17 February 1898, Arthur was a grocery clerk who enlisted at Indianapolis on 28 April 1917. After training at Jefferson Barracks, he was sent overseas on 12 JuneĀ  1917. Gassed on 3 May 1918, Arthur died in hospital at Beauvois, Oise, on 15 May 1918 and was initially buried in the French military cemetery there. His body was repatriated post-war.
