21 May 1916 Fahr Josef MüllerFahr Josef Müller, 1 Res Feldart Regt.

A 33 year old reservist from Karling, Josef was an accountant in civilian life. Serving in a J?ger-zu-Pferd regiment during his compulsory military service, he was transferred to the 1st Reserve Field Artillery Regiment upon his recall to service in early 1915. Serving throughout his service in Artois, he was killed in action near Arras on 21 May 1916 and is now buried in the German Military Cemetery at Neuville St Vaast ( block 26, grave 1389).
