Sdt Jacques Chazelle, 22e BCA.
From Neulise, Loire. Not a lot of additional information can be discovered about Jacques as his records no longer seem to exist. He was an already serving soldier at the time of the outbreak of war and he took part in the early battles of Alsace at the end of August 1914. He was killed in action in the Vosges on 14 September 1914 and has no known grave.
