A transport worker from Rncegno, South Tyrol, Emil was born at Innsbruck, Austria on 8 May 1893. A serving soldier at the outbreak of war, he was killed in action whilst in combat with the Russians in Galicia on 23 October 1914. Emil has no known grave.
