Pte Dominik Janzaruk, 160th Depot Bde, US Army.
Born in Poland on 24 September 1892, Dominik emigrated to the USA and had worked for several years at Laporte, Indiana before enlisting into the US Army at Muskegon, Michigan in 1917. After training at Camp Custer, he embarked for overseas service but died of meningitis in France on 1 February 1918. Dominik's body was repatriated to the USA post-war.
