She is the last survivor of the Battle of Jutland, and the last major ship to survive from the Grand Fleet. On the 7th April 2011 the National Museum of the Royal Navy resolved to accept the day to day responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the ship which was decommissioned on the 31st March 2011.

Katy Swainston, the officer in charge of the HMS Caroline project, will give a short history of the famous ship and an up-to-date resume of the project so far and what still needs to be done.
