Another excellent news collection in the shape of "Up the Line".
At the time of writing, the Friday, 11 February meeting will have just started.
The Branch hopes to have as its special birthday guest tonight 90 years young Tom McAllister . His son and grandchildren are coming with him. He does not know but we are going to congratulate and celebrate with him his recent 90th birthday (30 Jan).
Hopefully we shall clap him into the meeting. Terry (Chairman) has arranged for a birthday cake from the Branch and we will no doubt sing the usual and give him three cheers. Terry will read a brief resume of his war service.
